This polishing cloth is made of nylon. Use as the polishing cloth on lightly tarnished brass and gold plating to obtain a brilliant polish.

Brass

Brass is a mix of copper and zinc. With time brass is aging beautifully and gets a darker antique color. Some people like the patina and some prefer the shiny golden look.

Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil is a 2.5 micron overlay of 18 karat gold on a base of 925 sterling silver. Buff gently with a soft, dry cotton cloth or microfibre cloth.

Never use a silver cloth or chemical cleaners on 18k gold vermeil jewelry as it can peel off the gold finish.
