Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive your order. If the 14-day period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is automatically extended to the next working day.

How to Submit a Return or Cancellation Request

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting a request directly through your customer account:

• Unfulfilled orders: Submit a cancellation request through your account.
• Fulfilled orders: Submit a return request through your account.

Once your request is accepted, we will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your request.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
