Returns, Exchanges and Complaints
Returns and Exchanges
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please email mail@noomaad.com within 21 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition and packaging
- Returned with the original order slip
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Please note
- Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Piercing jewelry, septum rings and earrings cannot be returned once the sealed bag has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
- Items that are damaged, worn or not returned in their original condition may only qualify for a partial refund or may be rejected.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day you receive your order
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request directly through your account. Once your withdrawal is accepted, we will process your refund without undue delay.
Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? Please email mail@noomaad.com within 1 hour of placing your order. We'll do our best to cancel it before it has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@noomaad.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item on a plain background
Please do not return faulty items unless we ask you to. We'll handle your claim by email first.
If your claim is approved under Norwegian consumer protection law, we'll either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund. If the item is found not to be faulty, we reserve the right to decline the claim.
